A seasoned communications professional, Abigail Ho was a business reporter for the Philippine Daily Inquirer for 11 years before making the jump to the corporate world.

Her first corporate stint was with independent oil firm SEAOIL Philippines Inc. as its pioneer Government Affairs and Institutional Linkages Manager. She concurrently served as the first Executive Director of SEAOIL Foundation Inc., taking care of its flagship good governance, environment, education, and youth development programs.

She then moved on to become British American Tobacco Philippines’ first Government Affairs Manager, also performing internal communications, employee engagement, public relations, and corporate social responsibility work on top of her core functions.

She currently heads the Advocacy and Marketing Department of Maynilad Water Services, Inc., where she leads the CSR, brand building, and market research initiatives of the company.

She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the De La Salle University Manila and a Journalism degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
